FormCraft provides the forms in place, and information on these forms may be accessible by said company but is not expected to be. Since the information product is digital, no information is expected to be passed on to any third party shipping company at this time.

We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information, before the order is placed, by editing each form the information was entered on.
Users will not be able to change their answers on forms after the order has been placed. Three after-the-fact revisions may be made to the product purchased, but these revisions will need to be requested separately after the initial product has been delivered. User information will not be stored after the product has been completed and delivered. Users are urged to download a backup of the forms they have submitted for future reference.
Users can access the information they provide up until the order has been placed. Users will not be able to access the information they submitted after that time. Any changes that need to be made to the information should be done so before the order has been placed. Rare circumstances may occur where users will be allowed to change minuscule aspects of the project before it is delivered but after the initial information was submitted.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act); we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
